Welcome to our website and thank you for your interest in Keep Greenville County Beautiful (KGCB).  KGCB is a non-profit 501 c 3, organization striving to engage individuals to take greater responsibility to improve our community's environment.  Our focus includes litter prevention, waste reduction, recycling, beautification and community greening.  KGCB is an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful, the nation's largest volunteer-based community action and education organization.  This website is a tool for getting the word out for our many projects underway and letting people know how they can get involved around the community. KGCB has formed and continues to build successful partnerships with local civic, private, and public organizations to promote the reduction of litter, encourage recycling, and beautification in Greenville County.

To engage citizens in litter reduction and beautification through public awareness, education and special events.

Goals

KGCB will strive to engage every segment of the population, make recommendations to local governments on programs, policies and codes which impact issues in litter reduction and beautification.

KGCB will promote a positive image of Greenville County by increasing public awareness activities.

KGCB will empower individuals to take greater responsibility for enhancing the beauty of Greenville County.

KGCB will engage in projects that result in the sustained in the reduction of litter and increased recycling in Greenville County.
