Elizabeth is the Neighborhood Services Coordinator. Prior to her current role, she worked in the event industry and has a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina. Elizabeth is a Greenville native and currently lives in Mauldin.

Abbi Greer
Abbi is the Stormwater Programs Coordinator for Greenville County Soil and Water Conservation District. She previously worked at Roper Mountain Science Center as an educator. As a Greenville native, Abbi is excited to focused on advocating for the environmental health of her hometown.

Austin is a Long Range Planner II at Greenville County. He is passionate about making communities in Greenville County more equitable, resilient, and sustainable. An Asheville native raised in Alabama, Austin has lived in the Upstate for seven years. Austin lives in Piedmont with his wife Sarah, two golden retrievers, three cats, and chickens..

Mark is the Streets and Sidewalk Superintendent, which oversees the street-sweeping program, the Central Business District clean-up, and the City's litter program. Mark began his career in Public Works in the City of Greenville in 2007. He is a 15-year United States Air Force Veteran.
Lynn Watkins

Lynn Watkins, the Recycling and Environmental Coordinator for the City of Greenville, holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science with a minor in business administration. With 22 years of experience at the City of Greenville, she previously served as the education manager at the Greenville Zoo before transitioning to solid waste management.
Jamie Karvellas

Throughout Jamie's professional career, she has gained diverse experience, including 12 years managing golf tournaments and 10 years in the hospitality industry. In 2018, Jamie and husband and I relocated to Greer. Jamie currently works in the City of Greer in the Parks, Recreation & Tourism Department. The department's primary objective is to enhance the lives of our citizens and cultivate a more robust community through our various programs

Willie is the Assistant Director of Recreation for the City of Mauldin. He has been with the City of Mauldin for 10 years. He assist in overseeing the Mauldin Sports Center, Athletics, and Mauldin Senior Center divisions within the Mauldin Recreation Department.
Charlene Carter

Simpsonville Representative
Charlene works on Special Projects and as a City planner for the City of Simpsonville. She has 15 years of government experience and is passionate about community and public services. As a new member, she plans to support the initiatives to keep Greenville County Beautiful where she lives, works and plays!
